Yes all orders require a non refundable Credit Card deposit.?Cancellations?for any reason?including pandemics must be made at least 7 days?in advance to receive a rain check. Rainchecks are good for one rebooking and will be held for up to one year. After one rebooking or after one year rain checks will be considered void and no refunds or further rain checks will be given.?

When do you set up?

That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive up to 1 hour before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. If this is the case, we will call the Friday before to confirm that someone will be at the party location.
